Sreedev Chembakasseril

Sreedev is a strategy execution professional with over 17 years’ experience. He started his career as a business analyst and progressed into business architecture. He has spoken on business architecture and operating models on multiple platforms, including the 2022 and 2023 IIBA Scotland BA conferences. He is also a published author.

Sreedev currently works with a FTSE 100 company as a Senior Business Architect. His role incudes enterprise level strategy alignment, operating model design and investment roadmap development. He is also part of the business architecture leadership team, responsible for enhancing the organisation’s business architecture capability.

Sreedev sees himself as a lifelong learner constantly looking to expand his knowledge base. His formal qualifications include certifications in strategy execution (London Business School) & business architecture (British Computer Society), masters in business administration and bachelors in technology.

Outside work, Sreedev enjoys travelling, teaching, writing, and spending time with his family.
