Currently working at Fednot, the federation of Belgian Notaries, Serge has been instrumental in defining and implementing a comprehensive Data Strategy and Vision. His career highlights include leading the CxO workgroup towards a unified data strategy, relaunching data governance initiatives, and industrializing data management processes.
Previously, Serge held key roles at Euroconsumers and the City of Bruges, where he professionalized business analytics activities and set the city on its path to becoming a data-driven organization.
