His career as a BA commenced at Nationwide Building Society. He gained diverse experience in Change, specifically in Payments, Data & Analytics, and Economic Crime. Fuelled by a growing interest in Economic Crime, he transitioned to the National Crime Agency (NCA), where he achieved the position of Senior BA. He is currently working as a Consultant at Capco on large regulatory transformation programme called KYC (Know Your Customer). Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex regulatory change projects, employing methodologies such as Agile, Prince 2, Lean/Sigma, and Waterfall, and received comprehensive training in Agile and Scrum.
