Richard is an experienced IT Project Manager and Lead Business Analyst with a robust background in both public and private sectors. He excels in leading Business Analysis and Solution Architect teams in Waterfall and Agile projects, with expertise in resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and requirements management.
