Renata Vincoletto

Renata Vincoletto is a highly accomplished IT and cybersecurity professional with over 20 years of experience spanning SMBs, multinationals, and nonprofit organizations. She is currently the CISO at Civica and her expertise in information security and network administration is complemented by her previous role as Microsoft’s Security Operations Center Manager. With an academic background in Information Security and Forensics from the Open University and a suite of industry certifications, Renata brings a diverse and well-rounded skill set to her work.

Renata is also passionate about using technology to drive positive change, notably through initiatives that empower young women in Zambia. Throughout her career, she has consistently championed the transformative potential of technology to build secure and innovative IT environments.
