Over the past decade, Rachel has specialised in the education sector, working with Pearson Education, Education First, and now leading at BPP. This marks the third time she has had the opportunity to build a new team as part of long-term digital transformation and growth initiatives. She excels at fostering cultures of creativity, experimentation, and a growth mindset, leveraging design thinking and co-creation to drive meaningful outcomes with teams and stakeholders.
