Milena Mileva is a passionate business analyst with over 25 years of experience, having also taken on roles as a business architect, product owner, and digital transformation manager. An advocate for agile ways of working, she brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to business analysis, product development, and organisational change.

Committed to knowledge sharing, Milena actively mentors and coaches professionals, delivers a wide range of business analysis training, and participates in industry events and conferences, primarily as a workshop facilitator.

She is a Board Member of the IIBA Bulgaria Chapter and a Fellow of the BCS, The Charted Institute for IT, contributing to the growth of the business analysis community through engagement, education, and advocacy.
