Mike Williams

Mike is an experienced Business Analyst with a history of successful business change and information systems project delivery in the public and private sectors.  With over 30 years’ experience in business analysis, Mike has held BA practitioner and manager positions in the civil service, education, airline, utilities and financial services sectors.  Mike joined Assist Knowledge Development as a Principal Consultant in 2020 and is a course manager and trainer on modules within the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis and the BCS Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis. 

Mike is committed to the development of the business analysis and business change profession and is regularly involved in events with the BA Manager Forum, BA Conference Europe and is an oral examiner with the BCS. He is also a regular participant and host on the BA Brew Podcast.
