Mark Cross

Mark Cross is a seasoned IT change professional with 25 years of international experience, including 12 in business analysis and 6 in cybersecurity. He delivered a presentation at the 2023 European Business Analysis Conference called “The Fishtank That Owned A Casino” and has delivered talks, trainings and presentations to organisations such as the IIBA UK, Alcatel-Lucent, Handelsbanken and the University of Cambridge. He holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, the International Diploma in Business Analysis and Chartered IT Professional from the British Computer Society and he is one of only approximately 15 individuals globally to hold both the highest qualification in business analysis from the IIBA (CBAP) and the corresponding qualification in information security from the ISC2 (CISSP).
