Luke Baldwin

Luke Baldwin is a Senior UX Designer with over 15 years of experience in digital design, specialising in user experience, interface design, and usability testing. He brings a multidisciplinary background to his work, having previously led creative teams as a graphic designer, web designer, and agency founder before moving into UX full-time. At People’s Partnership, Luke plays a central role in shaping member-facing digital journeys, with a particular focus on accessibility, inclusive design, and user research. Luke has recently taken the lead on embedding structured usability testing practices into the design process, aligning with ISO standards and championing evidence-based design decisions. His design philosophy is rooted in empathy, clarity, and continuous learning, with a passion for creating products that are not only functional but meaningful and intuitive for real people. Luke has worked closely with Business Analysts on large-scale transformation projects, helping to define and refine a collaborative process that balances business goals with user needs. Based in Brighton, he is currently completing a BSc in User Experience Design and is a certified usability testing practitioner. Outside of work, Luke is a volunteer chaplain, a lover of scuba diving and craft beer, and enjoys the great outdoors.
