With a mixed degree of master’s in Economics and Information Technology, it has always been Klas focus to mix technology enablement with business transformation.

Last 10 years he has been occupied in rethinking the EA deliveries into organisation with agile delivery models, defining the EA Capability model, implementing EA Target Operating Model and services needed to support the constant change way of working.
