Kirsten Siig Pallesen has been an instrumental player in developing and delivering a comprehensive training effort to equip managers, project managers, and local change resources to manage the people side of change in a harmonized and efficient way, ensuring that the right capacity-building elements are in place to support sustainable organizational change. Kirsten holds an MSc in Clinical Neuroscience from Galway University and brings experience from large organizational transformation projects in the public health sector.
