Karen Cooper

Karen has been a business analyst for over 10 years and joined Hippo in 2022. With a background in higher education, Karen has gone on to work across public and private sector. She is passionate about projects that focus on delivering value to the customer, while engaging with clients to emphasise the importance of a human-centred approach. Karen has worked extensively in multi-disciplinary teams and has experience of using a UCD approach to deliver value, but brings experience of working through some of the challenges that this approach can present.
