Jill Ridley-Smith

Jill is a senior business leader with over 25 years of experience spanning sustainability, private equity, strategy consulting, and non-executive directorships.  She brings insight from her diverse business and industry experience combined with expertise in strategy, implementation, financial management and raising investment. She has a special interest in leadership, organisational structure and the behaviours that drive commercial success. In her recent role as Head of Sustainability at L.E.K. Consulting, she was responsible for the embedding of a new sustainability strategy. 

Jill holds a BSc in Economics from Bristol University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Her ESG qualifications include the IFRS Foundation’s FSA® Credential, completion of the “Leading Sustainable Corporations” program at Saïd Business School, the “Business Strategies for Social Impact” course at Wharton, and accreditation as a commercial mediator from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
