Jason Valentine

Jason Valentine has had a full and varied career at Aviva in many analytical roles spanning 33 years. After ten years learning how the company operates during spells on the front line and within its regulatory business functions, Jason moved into the change environment where he was able to realise his destiny as a Business Analyst around 21 years ago. Since then, he’s drawn on all his analysis experience whilst delivering a diverse range of projects and programmes, including new proposition launches and operational transformations. Jason has become a recognised coach and mentor of other Business Analysts and a go-to contact for those who are contemplating the role transition. As an enthusiastic advocate of the profession, he frequently leads on internal community initiatives focussed on ways of working and has spoken at several conferences (including the BA Conference Europe 2022 and 2024) and external BA webinars on various business analysis topics.
