
Ingrid Gerstbach
Ingrid Gerstbach, M.A., studied business psychology, business administration and adult education and has been working as a freelance management consultant and trainer for companies in Germany and abroad since 2010. Her work focusses on innovation and design thinking. She also lectures on innovation management at various universities and universities of applied sciences. As an author, Ingrid Gerstbach has published numerous articles and books on the subject of design thinking. Her latest book ‘Customer Experience Design’ will be published in January 2025.
