Ian Tidmarsh

Ian is an experienced BA Leader, working in Government for over 20 years. He has lead BA teams in Department for Work and Pensions and Ministry of Justice, covering areas such as Health, Welfare, Finance and Justice.

He is passionate about Business Analysis, ensuring that there is always space in a team to put the BA in the centre. He is also passionate about developing others and seeing Communities of Practice form from a group of highly motivated and talented professionals.

Ian has overseen the progression of many BAs through his career and introduced the first BA apprenticeship in to MoJ, with a 100% pass rate.
