
Herbert Prickarz
Dr. Herbert Prickarz studied Business Psychology and Clinical Psychology then went onto write his PhD in CMMI and Change Management while working at Robert Bosch GmbH at the University of Cologne. After several years in hybrid car development, he coordinated the international competence management network and led the affiliated worldwide digitalisation project. From 2012, he took on a leadership role in HR, building up the organisational unit of “Autonomous Driving”. Since 2019, as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, he has been driving data culture and Digital Transformation in the Mobility Solutions sector, integrating Data Management and Governance, Employee Enablement, and Organisational Development. He is also responsible for establishing and implementing the Data Stewardship Program within Bosch.
