Graham is a Strategy Manager at National Grid Electricity System Operator (ESO), where he uses his 10+ years of change management & business analysis skills to help the organisation think collaboratively, be curious, and help define & solve strategic problems that will enable the huge transformations and changes needed to deliver net-zero electricity in the UK. He is passionate about facilitative leadership, creative problem-solving, helping people to think and work better together, and in bringing a sense of playfulness & enjoyment to all work he is involved in!
