
Fiona Kiss
Fiona is an experienced transformation leader with extensive experience in delivering digital change within complex ecosystems across the public and private sectors. She has a passion for learning, solving problems and driving forward customer-centric solutions. Fiona is a Principal Consultant at Assist Knowledge Development, where she leads the research and development that underpins a range of internationally accredited learning services across Business Analysis, Solution Development and Service Design. Fiona is an experienced mentor and contributes to the wider profession as an advisory board member for the IRM Business Analysis Conference Europe. She is also the quality assurance lead for the BA Brew podcast and appears regularly as a participant.
Fiona has a commitment to the enhancement of professional standards and is a member of the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Fiona is committed to empowering others through accessible, high‑quality learning that enables results and career progression. She is also the Chief Architect of the AssistKD Service Design Career Planning tool. Her work is underpinned by a distinguished earlier career in secondary education, where she served as Head of Faculty for Computer Science, ICT, Business, and Economics.
