Elisa’s IT career has been anything but dull! She kicked things off as a programmer—donning the classic white socks and sandals combo—before leaping into technical programme and project management. But her true passion? Architecture! With over a decade of experience, she’s more than capable of being the bridge between business and technology teams to design solutions that genuinely make a difference and deliver value.

Right now, she’s on a mission at NHS England, ensuring all tech and digital investments deliver real value while sticking to best practices. Elisa is all about technical excellence, but she’s just as passionate about increasing diversity in the industry—especially getting more women into architecture and tech. As a result, she’s a board member of a technology school, championing digital skills and literacy especially amongst the more marginalised groups.

When she’s not transforming the digital world, she’s curling up with a good murder mystery, particularly anything featuring the legendary Columbo. Much like the scruffy detective, Elisa proves that first impressions rarely tell the full story!
