As the Head of Data and Process Improvement at JLR, Eileen’s mission is to help JLR embed robust data foundations across critical business processes. With the pace of digital innovation rapidly transforming business models, Eileen pushes organisations to rethink how to approach data management and embed sustainable process and behavioural change. Eileen is a change and data leader with 20 years’ experience in delivering data, change and transformation in complex, regulated environments. Eileen started her career as a data analyst in media, before gaining an MBA from Georgetown McDonough School of Business in the United States. She has led enterprise-wide transformation programmes with Capgemini Consulting, HSBC UK and more recently JLR, spanning across data governance, process-reengineering, and organisational design.
