Craig Rollason

As a Consultant BA with Cross 8, I help clients deliver results through transformation and change. I am a Chartered IT Professional (CITP) with BCS specialising in business change and business analysis. I have a passion for empowering people and teams to achieve their goals, using my skills in facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and insights as a speaker, author, and trainer. I am currently managing an internal business analysis team at a leading UK telecoms provider.

I co-authored the current BCS course book on business analysis and received recognition in coaching at work magazine for an article sharing my experiences of coaching staff for high performance at work.

I’m a strong believer in giving back, and have completed volunteer roles in coaching young teachers, being a school governor, and am currently a track lead for the UK business analysis conference.

I now volunteer for a charity called A band of brothers (abandofbrothers.org.uk) – as fundraiser and mentor to younger men who have come into contact with the criminal justice system in the Coventry and Warwickshire area, and am also a listening volunteer with Samaritans.
