Christina Tan

Christina is a distinguished Transformation Consultant and the President of IIBA UK, where she leads with vision and purpose, fostering the advancement of the business analysis profession. She is passionate about operational excellence and developing high-performing teams. Her recognition as a BA of the Year Finalist (2021) underscores her thought leadership, which she shares through insightful articles and dedicated mentorship to emerging professionals.

As a fervent advocate for business analysis, Christina has contributed to the IIBA’s ECBA certification as an exam writer and has previously volunteered for its Global Chapter Council. She also serves as a career mentor at the University of Sheffield, where she enjoys guiding individuals through the initial phases of their careers.
