Adam Pearson

Adam is a blind Business Analyst. He went blind overnight in 2017, when he was travelling in Taiwan whilst Teaching and Lecturing. His move back to the UK and his subsequent career led him into the field of Business Analysis, where he focuses on delivering value for everyone. Adam has published articles on the BA Times and in an academic journal, focusing on a variety of topics, including cognition and vision, inclusive adaptations for mapping, Web 3.0 technologies and conducting research with marginalised groups. Adam works for the Royal National Institute of Blind People and has successfully replatformed services, improved several processes, continued his professional development all whilst serving the blind and partially sighted community of the UK.
