Sandie is an experienced Lead Business Analyst with 20+ years’ experience in Financial Services. She has had various roles, from dealing with customers queries as a telephony agent to being a Fraud Debit Card Portfolio Manager. 12 years ago however, she was introduced to the Business Analyst Role and has never looked back! She has led multiple complex projects, with her specialist area being Operations. She is a passionate advocate of the Business Analyst role and loves training and mentoring her fellow BA’s, supporting them on their developmental journey to BA greatness.
