Orla has over 10 years of experience in operations, sales, recruitment, quality management, and humanitarian work, combined with 14 years of full-time family raising, making her an expert in conflict management. She is in her element when tackling challenges, conflict and upheaval, using strategic thinking and leadership, conjuring up magical clouds of thoughts, ideas, and actions that combine to make a positive impact on society. Orla doesn’t just create networks; she actively participates in them, valuing the sense of belonging and collaboration. Energised by long walks, she looks forward to new ideas, revelations, and discoveries. A fan of creative expression, Orla channels her passion through language, art, music and singing, or writing. She has volunteered on operations and events for the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and is most recently employed at MapAction. She is always keen to share a story with a meaningful impact.
