Miranda Van Steeden

Miranda is an established Senior Business Analyst, leading extensive projects spanning multiple business areas and currently heads up 2 portfolios of Business Analysis. She initially started her career in Financial Services 14 years ago and developed a keen interest in change delivery when working in Operational Readiness. This led her to jump at the opportunity to move into the BA role in 2014. She loves helping fellow BA’s develop and has a strong passion for exercising the principles of Servant Leadership. For the past few years she has been the driving force behind a pioneering initiative which provides extensive training and mentoring to individuals, particularly younger people, moving in to a BA role.
