Carolyn is an accomplished Transformation Programme Manager leading a major Global Procurement Transformation at Flutter, a NYSE-listed global organisation. With nearly 20 years of experience in Project Delivery, Planning, and Controls, she has worked on some of the most complex projects and business challenges across Defence, Rail, Nuclear, Technology, and Infrastructure sectors. Carolyn’s expertise spans world-class organisations including BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, AWE, Bombardier, Knorr Bremse, and Ascent Flight Training.

A recognised authority in Planning and Controls, Carolyn’s expertise encompasses delivery, governance, assurance, and transformational change. She is a joint lead author of ‘Project Controls in the 21st Century’, due for release in early 2025 with the APM, and was part of the team behind the APM’s ‘Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Control’ guide.
