Overview
Business analysts are responsible for eliciting, synthesizing and analysing requirements from a large variety of sources. They play a vital role in projects ensuring solutions are aligned with stakeholders’ needs. With more and more organisations adopting agile approaches, business analysts need to combine analysis skills with agile tools and techniques. Agile BAs focus on value delivery from the perspective of the user, describing the capabilities needed, as well as the benefits they would provide.
This practical workshop will equip you with the with the skills you need to operate in an agile environment. You will learn agile business analysis principles and how to manage agile requirements, from inception to delivery. The workshop will examine stakeholder and user types and how to deeply understand their needs to drive solution development. Beyond user stories, you will learn how to work with agile requirements effectively to deliver maximum business value.
