Roger Burlton is the President of Process Renewal Group and co-founder of BPTrends Associates. He is the author of the pioneering book ‘Business Process Management: Profiting from Process’ and the standard ‘Business Process Manifesto’, now available in 14 languages. His Business Architecture column in BPTrends.com is available to over twenty thousand readers. He developed and delivered the first Business Process and Business Architecture management classes in the world in 1991, certified today by universities in North America, Europe, Australia and South America and registered with IIBA as an official training source. He is is recognized as a world leader in transforming companies from traditional hierarchical organisations to process managed ones based on a Business Architecture model. He has led numerous initiatives to implement new business models, governance frameworks and process management capabilities for global corporations and government agencies. John A. Zachman is the originator of the “Framework for Enterprise Architecture” (The Zachman Framework™) which has received broad acceptance around the world as an integrative framework, an ontology for descriptive representations of Enterprises. Mr. Zachman is not only known for this work on Enterprise Architecture, but is also known for his early contributions to IBM’s Information Strategy methodology (Business Systems Planning) as well as to their Executive team planning techniques (Intensive Planning). Mr. Zachman retired from IBM in 1990, having served them for 26 years. He is Chief Executive Officer of his own education and consulting business, Zachman International® and Owner and Executive Director of the Federated Enterprise Architecture Certification Institute in Washington, D.C.
Neil Mullarkey
Comedian and Actor
Neil Mullarkey’s performing credits include Whose Line Is it Anyway, I’m Sorry I Haven’t A Clue, QI, Have I Got News For You, and Austin Powers movies. He has toured the UK and beyond improvising with Eddie Izzard, and he directed the interactive comedy whodunit Scissor Happy in London’s West End. He co-founded the Comedy Store Players, Europe’s top improv troupe, in 1985 with Mike Myers and still performs with them most weeks in London. However since 1999 he has been bringing the skills of theatre and especially improvisation to the world’s biggest organisations (including Microsoft, WPP, Vodafone, Unilever, EY, Google, Saatchi & Saatchi, Gartner, UK Sport and Deloitte) and many agencies and business schools. He is a Visiting Lecturer at Cass Business School, City University. In the last year alone he has delivered workshops in Shanghai, Dusseldorf, Madrid, Brussels, Amsterdam, New York, Singapore, Durban, and Istanbul. Follow Neil @neilmullarkey.

Ashley is Professor of Organizational Transformation and Deputy Dean in the College of Business, Arts and Social Sciences at Brunel University, London. Ashley has previously held a number of senior positions in Brunel Business School, UK, which won the coveted Times Higher Education’s Business School of the Year Award. His research and consultancy expertise covers the development and implementation of change management. He has direct experience in creating and implementing strategic processes and enterprise-wide architectures. Some examples include his work with organizations such as DFiD (UK), Astra Zeneca, National Audit Office, the MoD, McDonalds, British Telecom, ABN Amro Bank, Brunel Business School and IFAD (Rome). He has published three books and over a hundred research articles, conference papers and working papers covering a range of topics on business processes, change management, process orientation, knowledge management, governance, and organisation structure. He has edited special issues for a number of leading international journals.
