Richard is the Enterprise Design Lead at Yorkshire Building Society (YBS), working on digital transformation and innovation. A challenging, out of the box thinker, his focus encompasses envisioning and designing future digital customer experiences for YBS. Previously, Richard has introduced a digital experience platform, robotics, and was part of the selection and implementation of mortgage processing at YBS. Before joining YBS, Richard spent 30 years as a maverick developer, designer, project manager, senior leader and enterprise architect at Halifax / HBOS / Lloyds, working on digital transformation from 1992-2013.
